Isporuka robe i povrat / Goods delivery and return
Plaćene narudžbe obrađujemo sljedeći radni dan nakon što je uplata primljena na Vaš račun. Sve proizvode šaljemo putem DPD ili GLS kurira. (Prosječno vrijeme isporuke 2-5 radnih dana). Isporuke paleta šaljemo putem DB Schenkera.
Kupci iz EU imaju pravo odustati od kupnje u roku od 14 dana od primitka robe bez navođenja razloga. Troškove povratne dostave snosi kupac. Povrat će biti izvršen u roku od 14 dana od primitka vraćene robe.
We process paid orders on the next business day after the payment has been received into your account. We ship all products via DPD or GLS couriers. (Average delivery time 2-5 business days). We ship pallet deliveries via DB Schenker.
EU customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
